Best house leveling pros near Franklin, NH

"I had Jesse and crew at my house for 2 separate projects and I couldn't be happier. The first project was a small deck. Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects."

"Tim and his crew have done 3 projects for us: converting an existing deck into a 3-season sun-room, building a brand new deck, converting an unused closet into a sauna. We could not be happier with the results. The guys do quality work, with attention of every detail. They do not take shortcuts. On a personal level, a great group of guys, who work hard and get satisfaction from doing great work. I would be happy to recommend Tim and his crew without any hesitation."

"After a poor driveway asphalt job at my mother in law's home was left incomplete by a scammer, I reached out on Angi's list for a reputable contractor. My mother in law, my wife and I were very impressed with Joey from Broman Contracting. He explained what was needed for the driveway in great detail, he was upfront about what he could do, and he answered all of our questions. Broman charged -for two driveways, half of what the scammer charged my mother in law for a partial and frankly crappy seal. We highly recommend Broman Contracting for whatever they say they will get done, because they do."

"Corey and crew were fantastic. They did an excellent job, were prompt and courteous and did a great cleanup when the job was done. Highly recommended."

"Just purchased home, and second day in heavy rain caused pump to fail. Called andin less than 3 hours I had them at my house with a replacement pump and installed. They stayed till basement was cleared and said they would return in the next day to finish job. Showed up on time as scheduled and finished beyond my exspectations.i cannot say enough about this company. Truly deliver what they promise. From sales staff to the installer. Also a courtesy call back to make sure I was satisfied. This is the go to company for any of your basement needs."

"We started out looking for an architect/designer, and met the owner of Tseranos Construction, Sterg, in the process. He referred us to a design architect, which we used, and we ended up then hiring Tseranos Construction as our general contractor. Sterg was really great to work with. He found ways to keep costs down while doing everything that we wanted to have done. In the end, the garage construction project took about 5 months, but we are thrilled with the results. Would hire Sterg again for future projects."
