We had an old electric heater that had to be disconnected and they placed a call to a electrican and he was here that day , we also needed a plumber and they were able to get a plumber here also the same day. "Overall, went well although project from start to finish took a long time (not entirely due to Waterscapes).  I would have liked if they could have coordinated the railings as once the stairs were done it took another 6 weeks to get new railings installed.
