We asked for exterior cleaning of north facing walls for mold and grime removal, similar cleaning under all the gutters, and surface cleaning of our aging wooden deck. "Hired for a move-out clean. Our agent and even the sellers commented how clean the house was. It was well-worth the money to have someone take care of this during a stressful move, especially since we work full time and more. We needed to sign a contract, which was a pleasant surprise.
