"I scheduled the service for a Sat morning which was convenient.  They arrived about 10 minutes early which was good for me.  
I had one shingle that was cupping and they fixed that.  I had some new bath fan vents that were installed a couple months ago.  They noticed that they weren't sealed very well so they added some sealant to those.  
I had this old ugly antenna on the roof and I asked them about taking it down.  He removed it for no extra charge and sealed up the 4 holes that it left behind.  
They took pictures of everything and showed me all the pictures at the end.  My roof is 18 years old and I was expecting them to maybe try and sell me a new one, but they didn't and just told me the roof was fine and I should get a few more years out of it.  That  was nice to hear. 
I was very happy with the visit.  Going up on the roof isn't something I'm interested in doing.

"I needed the backsplash in my kitchen done professionally since I chose tile, which is not something I could do. Torin fit my smaller project in , between his bigger outdoor projects. He was very professional, offered suggestions, did a great job, both installing and cleaning up each day so as not to disrupt my kitchen usage. His measurements and quantities were spot on( I was ordering the tile myself). I will definitely call him for my next project. His quote and finished price were almost spot on and very reasonable. "Very well. The upstairs bathroom we added an easy access shower to a half bath. To accomplish this we had to gut the bathroom back to the studs, correct some wall framing, lay new pipes, get a 60" x 33" shower in, drywall, tile the floor, add a new toilet and reinstall a pedistal sink. Because we were living in the house this all had to be done keeping the downstairs bathroom working. When the upstairs bath was finished, the first floor bath was gutted and once again reinsulated, new drywall, a new floor, new plumbing, a new tub/shower and sink were added. Trust me, while this all looks so easy on TV, it really takes some time, and you have to allow for that. Asa Wagner is a delight to work with and a perfectionist. I am very happy with the finished projects and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone."
