When some manufacturer issues showed up after the initial installation of 10 power shades in our modern-style house with large window expanses WTI came through solving the most complicated challenges of these windows, even though follow-up visits were needed. When they did that follow-up work to resolve some functional issues in the Hunter-Douglas shades they even upgraded a couple from manual to powered, as a gift for any nuisance caused by the original mechanical shades in those windows. Caring and follow-through of this sort is a true rarity these days. The best!"
