He responded quickly to do an estimate, was professional, personable, and did a great job in a short amount of time for a price that was very affordable. Jim told me he could do it in one day, and it took him one day. He gave me an affordable price, and stuck to that price. He was clean in his workspace, no mess, and was respectful of the existing structure, like the hard wood floor.
