They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

"This group was used to paint the interior of my house. I was hoping to get a group that would be professional and trustworthy. What I ended up getting was a group that did not honor my paint choices, and tried to get the job done as quickly as possible. I wanted the highest quality paint, when they showed up to the job they brought the cheaper value paint, not what I specified. They where contracted to smooth out nail holes and divots, that did not happen. They did not tape anything off and it shows as allot of trip ended up painted. Also there is an area of my house they just did not paint. They were contracted to fix a crack in the wall and after 6 months it opened back up. This job happened around March of last year, and I thought about this post for a long time but I feel I need to give this review. They made me loose all faith in paint contractors which is really disappointing. I gave two stars because they did show up. But the work was of such poor quality, and I’m not sure if I have the cheaper paint on my walls. I would never use them again."
