"Good communication and a reasonable price Quality work done in a short amount of time Would definitely hire again"

"Tim is an excellent carpentry contractor. We hired him to replace the wood clapboard siding on our raised range house. His estimate gave us a choice of (1) colored fiber cement siding, (2) painted fiber cement siding, or (3) vinyl siding. We chose #1. He also replaced the sliding glass door assembly (he gave us the option to keep the old one) and repaired 8 windows (originally planned to repair 3). Tim is very knowledgeable in his craft. When a task wasn't coming out quite right (maybe a handful of times in all), he would take it apart and start over to get it right. When something unexpected came up during the project (again, a handful of times), he would give us options to choose from to correct the issue. He was very mindful of our budget. When the project was completed 15 work days later, it was like we had a brand new house. It looks great. We highly recommend him."

"Bob did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and worked around my schedule. My wife and I appreciated his work so much, I have already reached out to him for help on other projects."

"I had a great experience with Freedom Framing! Matthew was very easy to work with and did a great job for a great price! Matthew is not only a great carpenter he is a very good project manager, ensuring the supporting contractors needed to complete the work arrived on time and performed top quality work. I would strongly recommend him for any construction work needed. I will be calling Matthew for the next project on my list! Excellent job Matthew! Thank you very much!"

"We unfortunately got scammed by a previous contractor in 2021 when we purchased our house in Elizabeth City. Our home reno paused for about a year until we met Thaad. He has been working with us through our whole home reno, he has done our living room, our bathroom, and has helped us finish our kitchen. This guy is one of the best, honest, and most hardworking contractor we have ever worked with. If you want reliability, great service, and great communication then he is your guy."

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.

"Excellent! The crew started early one day, worked throughout the day, and were completely finished and all cleaned up (including dumpster and removal of all debris) by day's end."
