He took the time to walk through the project with me, offering helpful advice—especially on where mulch was needed since it had been quite a while. Garcia’s took down a tree for us, created a beautiful stone path, replanted several areas, and handled a range of landscaping tasks that had been neglected for years. His team of five arrived at 8:00 AM and worked nonstop until 5:30 PM, hauling brush, rocks, and tackling everything with impressive effort and efficiency. I honestly never saw them take a break. They even climbed up onto our extremely overgrown trellis to remove thick brush—something I wasn’t sure anyone would take on, but they handled it without hesitation. Communication was excellent throughout—he kept me informed about weather and materials so there were no surprises. The entire project was completed"

"On the 1st day, their equipment broke while doing the biggest part of the driveway. It sat for 2 days leaking fluid at the street end of the driveway. They completed the driveway on day 4. The quality was not good. The upper part was rough, had seams which filled with water and froze during winter. Both my daughter and I slipped on the frozen seams when getting into our cars. It's had to see black ice. In spring, they came out to fix it. Offering 1/2 price to seal the driveway which was already sealed. After many discussions, they came out and ground the seams down. I had to pay for the driveway to be resealed. The surface is still uneven. I will have to see how this winter fairs."

"I had C&T install a retaining wall for my driveway. When Danny promptly came out to give me an estimate I knew I wanted to hire C&T as he explained the work they put in to properly prepare the base, including required drainage, gravel, stone, etc. to have a long lasting install. They worked in extreme heat and humidity with no complaints or shortcuts, After the worked we agreed on was complete I was so happy I had them do some additional work as well. Will be contacting them again this fall for another project."

"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

"They did an excellent job. Put a threshold drain in front of a sliding door to my patio. They had to remove pavers, install a 4 inch pipe across the lawn and replace the pavers and sod. Hard workers did a really good job."
