"I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain his thoughts to me as we were reviewing what needed to be done to install a replacement propane water heater He scheduled the project right away and came in the time frame designated, finish the work and also did extra functions that had to be done to allow the equipment to get into my basement. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
