First of all Jason returned our phone call in excellent time! This excited us because in our area it's tough to get any kind of service provider to return a call and actually show up to make the repair at scheduled time!!! His manner and appearance are very professional. He quickly identified the problem (we were close to having a fire), gave us a reasonable quote for the repair, fixed the problem and we are so happy with his quality of work; timely repair and great price. We chose to follow up with a inspect of rest of the house wiring and Justin returned a few days later and did that, found a couple things to fix, again right on time for appointment, done quickly and we are relieved knowing our house is safely wired now, and up to code.
We highly recommend High Tower Electric, great job at great prices!

Also he didn't bring enough parts for the job. I offered to get the parts from the store while he was working. I was never credited for the approximately $427 on parts I spent.
"Mr. [Member name removed], I gave you a fair bid over the phone by the number of outlets and switches along with the electrical panel you told me. Now please keep in mind that the first bid I gave you was based on what you told me over the phone. In the original bid I planed on you to supply the right material to make the right connections to the receptacles, switches and lighting. (I did that to keep your price down on material cost, (which I think is very generous of me). Mr [Member name removed] you supplied me with receptacles that you were told by Ace hardware that are suitable for aluminum connections and they were not. So that had changed the price for the material. My helper is not licensed or needs to be licensed by the state of Florida to do electrical work under my license. In the final price I only charged you for what it cost me per hour to keep him insured and on workers comp, which is required by the state of Florida. I made no profit of my helper because at the time he was learning electrical and that would not be fair for customers, which cost me about $12.00 an hour at no extra cost to you. Mr. [Member name removed] please keep in mind that I was there and did the job right for you and had to supply almost half the required aluminum connectors, which again I let you purchase over half the required material to save you cost. Those connectors cost me around $4.00 each, with average cost per outlet ran about $12.00 my cost in material. Jason Hightower Electric, LLC"
