He kept us informed as to when he was coming to our home, what he did each day and what he found that needed to be done. He always went over and beyond to fix small issues that were not officially part of the agreement. We were amazed how they were able to work each day, even in the very cold weather. "Bob gave me a quote in October 2020, and he did his best to honor that quote in May!! Prices go up, so I knew the price from October would not be the new price, BUT I was surprised it wasn't too high! Communication was great, almost always got a text/call back right away, other times, maybe a couple of hours. When the door was finally installed, had to special order it, front door was great, storm door needed 2 visits. Which I was fine with!
