We have 6 employees, we do sub contract small portions of our work, we take cash, checks and credit cards via paypal. All our hardscaping has a 5 year warranty.

"It all went very well. They had some equipment issues and personnel on vacation, but the work was done expertly and still in a timely manner. My granite steps were reset as well as the two "cheeks" on either side. A new, fifth step was added to meet the new walkway seamlessly and more ergonomically for using the steps. The new walkway is gorgeous, old ugly asphalt was removed and replaced with these beautiful brick-looking pavers that I chose and it looks gorgeous. They also hand dug a twelve foot circle on the side yard and installed a circle paver patio with a circle kit of the same brick looking pavers and it also looks tremendous. The work is of good quality and the conditions here for both jobs involved awkward locations in tight quarters. Damage to the surrounding grounds was minimal and repaired at the end of the job. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I wold call Joshua and his team again if I need to do any more work like this or similar to this."

Concrete dries faster in the heat than in the cold, but when concrete cures too fast, it can cause weak concrete. It’s best to pour concrete when temperatures are between 50 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, watering it five to 10 times per day for seven days (unless you pour concrete in the winter). Slower cure times, such as when pouring concrete in cold weather, can cause strong concrete, but you need to monitor the temperature drop and moisture levels. Avoid pouring concrete when temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

You should sand concrete before painting, as it helps remove any irregularities and pieces that stick out from the surface. This not only helps the paint look better but it prevents any unwanted water absorption.

Thicker concrete is less likely to crack due to extreme weather changes. At a minimum, concrete slabs should be at least 4 inches, but if you’re worried about the concrete cracking under the weight of heavy machinery or from the freeze-thaw patterns of your climate, you should use even thicker concrete. Pavers also don’t require a permanent foundation, so they won’t increase your property taxes. Buyers also prefer lower property taxes, so that will play into the ROI you’ll see, too.
