We pay a monthly service to have them come out and it is not worth it. And then when you try to speak to somebody on the phone they just act like they don't care. People take time off of work to schedule an appointments around what works for them!! They are way over priced, and always try to sell you new equipment when there's nothing wrong with what you have!! "
