Brad was very helpful when making decisions on things that were on my dream list, while also keeping my budget in mind. There were a few things that I knew before hand that I wanted for sure, one being certain lighting, but Brad had better options available for me than I even knew about. His experience helped a lot because I wasn't aware of all of the details that go into renovating a home. He had suggestions on everything and even talked me out of things that I thought would work good in my home, but he knew it wasn't the right fit for what I was wanting.
