"This is very unfortunate. We at Top Tier do truly try and make every experience excellent. This review caught us off guard as all communications have been positive, quality was GREAT as stated and expected date of completion was exact. Top Tier does not force phone bids but can and does give rough estimates on work over the phone to give the customer any idea of cost. After looking at the project in person there was a slight adjustment in price. Just to give frame of reference this job was under $2000. So a 20% increase is not that much. In the end the homeowner still went with us paying the full balance and thought our work was great. We will continue to strive for excellence as the previous reviews show."
