Tree limbs were cut and removed as requested, however as other reviewers mentioned, he added another $350 to the cost after the job was halfway done, citing that he "didn't see everything" when he was there, on-site, the 1st time as part of providing an estimate. Additionally, I reached out about another project after the initial job was done and he said he'd come out for an estimate within a few days. Nearly 1 month later, I reached out for a status update only to find that he straight up deleted my messages with no communication that he had no intent on even estimating the job.

I am really impressed with the job they did. I will recommend them. Thank you Tier One!!

Great work and people!

The work quality was great. I question their integrity. After giving all details on the job, a sidewalk replacement 35’x4’x4” right by the road, Top tier insisted on giving a bid via phone. The bid I was emailed was 20% more than the phone bid. I questioned it and was given a slew of reasons about how he bid it wrong. In the end they didn’t honor their phone bid that they had insisted on giving.

The attention to detail on concrete patio to match existing concrete was spot on. Great communication and timely responses. Would hire again.
