"No high pressure sales. I was able to take my time picking the floor I wanted. Unlike one of the other in home flooring companies. When I changed my mind on what I wanted it was no problem getting new samples. The installers were professional and did a great job. I had one small issue that was quickly addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. I would recommend them and use them again when I am ready to replace my carpet"

"Floors co did a great job on my floors and were very affordable. The only negative that I have is they did not show up the first day they had said they were going to but were there bright and early the following day as well as on the weekend to finish the job up."
