"Excellent company I highly recommend. Top notch work, and very professional"

"Great experience with this contractor. I had a couple areas on the front of my home where the soffit had pulled away from the fascia and they fixed this plus a couple other areas they found. Right on time, very professional work, looks like brand new. Highly recommended."

"If I could give John Kelch more than five stars, I absolutely would. He is one of the best handymen I’ve ever hired.John installed a new bathroom vanity and a cabinet above the toilet in my daughter’s home, and his workmanship was exceptional from start to finish. He carefully unpacked and assembled everything, completed all of the plumbing, installed both pieces flawlessly, and even corrected an existing plumbing issue along the way. Both installations were in a very small bathroom with extremely tight working spaces, but John handled every detail with incredible care and precision. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills are second to none. What impressed me just as much was his professionalism. He’s honest, trustworthy, efficient, and takes tremendous pride in his work. He cleaned up afterwards and treated our home with respect. Finding this level of meticulous, integrity and is rare anymore. I highly recommend John and won’t hesitate to hire again!"

"Dave and crew were very helpful and easy to work with. Went the extra mile on changes we made in middle of project. The workmanship on tile and shower was excellent. Our bedroom remodel was done well."

"Chris did a great job of installing some storm doors on my previous home. His work is very good and his price is reasonable. I enjoyed doing business with him and recommend him to others."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Andrew was awesome! He installed a new light fixture and patched a section of drywall in my basement. Everything looks amazing! It Is like the damage was never done! His pricing was very reasonable and he even purchased the new light for me. Would definitely recommend!!"

"I was very satisfied with the work done by Sundance of Nebraska. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a five star window company"

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
