He is one of the best handymen I’ve ever hired.John installed a new bathroom vanity and a cabinet above the toilet in my daughter’s home, and his workmanship was exceptional from start to finish. He carefully unpacked and assembled everything, completed all of the plumbing, installed both pieces flawlessly, and even corrected an existing plumbing issue along the way. Both installations were in a very small bathroom with extremely tight working spaces, but John handled every detail with incredible care and precision. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills are second to none. What impressed me just as much was his professionalism. He’s honest, trustworthy, efficient, and takes tremendous pride in his work. He cleaned up afterwards and treated our home with respect. Finding this level of meticulous, integrity and is rare anymore. I highly recommend John and won’t hesitate to hire again!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Andy did a complete bathroom remodel for us. This was a custom build project and he had a lot of good ideas to improve the design. He removed an old existing shower and tub and custom built a new large walk-in tile shower. He replaced the old vinyl flooring with a new tile floor. Andy also re-routed some plumbing and installed a new vanity for us as well. His pricing was very reasonable and we felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck. Andy was very cordial, conscientious, and hard working. We often left him alone to run errands, and had no problem doing so. I would highly recommend his company. I am considering a couple more projects in the future that I may use him for."
