Just remove old pump and install new one with existing parts. He pulled up the old pump, showed me what to do, what kind of pump to buy at hardware store. Another plumbing company had previously told me to replace pump and offered to do the same job for $1700! Incredible experience with Kaylen. Thanks for the info and education. My sinking porch floor needs raising. I know who's going to do that job. Hats off for superb service!"
