"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Kaylen (Caylen? Not sure of spelling) came to inspect my sump pump and did so much more! He found that my pump had failed, told me that I didn't need his full service. Just remove old pump and install new one with existing parts. He pulled up the old pump, showed me what to do, what kind of pump to buy at hardware store. Another plumbing company had previously told me to replace pump and offered to do the same job for $1700! Incredible experience with Kaylen. Thanks for the info and education. My sinking porch floor needs raising. I know who's going to do that job. Hats off for superb service!"
