They sent one person out and he said he didn't think we had a leak going to the home but thought there might be a leak out in the pasture water line since there wasn't a shut off valve going out that way. He had another appointment to make so said if pump quit working or water started coming up out of the ground or we got a sinkhole to call back. I took my horse drinker apart and there was not a leak there but no water getting to it so was able to pin point a smaller area to look. Call again and gave them some more information and they sent out another employee to check it out. He came and checked the pump again and put in a shut off valve to the pasture so we could see if there was a leak or if it was the pump. That determined that it was either the pump or low water resevior in the well, we had them replace the pump and everything is working fine now. They we considerate and polite, was very concerned about the water since we had animals that needed water, plus human needs. I would recommend them to someone else.

Completed project in one day. Everything was perfect. Best price around. Can't be beat.

They came out when they say they were suppose to which is nice. They were professional and they did a good job. They didn't leave a huge mess behind when they left.

Fixed my air conditioner for less than $150 which a different company had said would need replaced for more than $2000.

Cleaned out drain lines and vented washing machine so it would drain properly. Everything is working great! A different company had tried to unclog my drain on three separate occasions and said I needed a new line which would require digging up part of my basement floor at a cost of more than $4000. So thankful I called S and S for a second opinion!!

I called the business at approximately 4:30 p.m. They dispatched the individuals who arrived at my home within the hour. They evaluated the situation professionally and in a timely manner. They pulled the well pump and installed the new one and I had running water within the hour. This was all done when temperatures had reached below zero.

The service was really good. I called them and they called me right back and they were at my home within five minutes. I had old pipes and they redid most of the pipes and got it done within a day.
