"This job was in very difficult working conditions as it was a storage area and crawl space with dirt base. The crew initially removed the old insulation that was falling from age and collecting moisture and replaced it with a much thicker RValue. For most of the job, they had to lay on their back to remove and install the new insulation. The crew leader Ryan did a great job of communicating as he called me the day before the scheduled install date and advised me of anticipated arrival time. Called again while en-route to provide ETA. After completion, they did a good cleanup ."
