I would have never been able to do, what he did, to get my RING working. It also involved hard-wiring the RING Pro to my current doorbell which is over 40 years old. They did decent work, but since everything has been installed some of the sensors have stopped working, we had to replace the ring doorbell, and I’m not fully confident that if our house were burning down anyone would be called (the smoke detectors have gone off a handful of times with no action taken).
