"We understand employees of Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s business were cold due to his old unit failing. Unfortunately, we do not provide supplement heat in these situations. The original install did take longer than expected due to having to move an electrical disconnect box that had to be done but [Member Information Removed] licensed electrician and they were not available until the following Monday. We also covered that at no cost to Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Unseen to circumstances beyond our control, we did experience faulty parts from the manufacturer and we did response that day and replaced motor, as well as fix the ducting issues all under warranty and at no cost to Mr. [Member Name Removed]. At no point were we informed of any utility bill increases nor can we control at what temperatures were being used in the building to increase/decrease the bills."
