So we decided to check out Home Advisor, Doug called me less than 10 minutes after we had logged out of Home Advisor. We talked about our project over the phone and he made an appointment to come out to our home to see what needed to be done. He gave us an estimate and a date that he could do the work, which we accepted. "The team was professional and punctual, and the deal was a good deal. However, the job done was so-so. They did a good job with the furnace cut-out and repair, but they missed one air intake. They also left black hose marks on a few of the walls. Nice enough guys, and I think if the house was smaller they would have done a better job. I do think the ducts that were cleaned, are clean, so that is positive."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
