J Tech called me back immediately, scheduled an appointment, and had someone meet with me within a week of contacting them. They did an excellent job of explaining the process of putting on a new roof and the products they would be using. They also answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Once we signed our contract and paid our down payment, it was about an eight week wait for our new roof.
