"Warren came to our residence and did the inspection. I was very pleased with the professional and experienced manor in which he conducted the inspection. Once he identified the problem he advised us of our multiple options. There was no attempt to sell us anything only to provide us with information and solutions based on Warren's knowledge and experience. He is an honest and dedicated professional. Once a solution was determined an appointment was made to ensure service in a timely manner. On the agreed upon date I was contacted by Jon Schovanec notifying me in was at my residence ready to fix our foundational problem. Jon and his crew were not only extremely professional and thorough they were all very pleasant to converse with and were willing to take the time to explain every aspect of the job. I learned more about the foundation of our house in an hour with Jon than I did in 20 years of living there. When the job was completed Jon and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Leaving the area much cleaner than they found it. The foundation is now stable and even looks better thanks to Jon and the crew. If we ever have issues with our foundation again Groundworks will be my first and only call. Everyone that I had contact with from the Groundworks organization was dedicated, professional, friendly and downright friendly. I can only speak regarding Warren, Jon, and his crew, but the way I see it they are worth every penny and probably deserve a raise. They do very good work at a reasonable price."
