I called them after the first week to add additional backfill behind and to take the new retaining wall and they responded they would do it within a few days. The summer was dry, so, no additional settling occurred... until late summer when we received a major rainfall. All the voids collapsed and the back of the wall showed significant settling. I sent several emails and called Javier. He said he would be there on Saturday, he never showed. It looks like I am going to purchase my own soil to backfill the settling. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service, especially since I paid them immodestly, once the job was complete."
