"After a storm, I no longer had wifi connectivity. After literally hours wasted on the phone with time warner cable agents, I contacted Chip and in a brief but thorough telephone conversation, he walked me through and discovered the problem. After diagnosing my router as no longer working, he helped me determine the best router to buy and helped guide me through the set up, all in one afternoon without a visit and a very reasonable charge. He is very accessible and responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, is able to explain things to a layman like myself and is cost aware."

"I purchased the service and was contacted by Jason very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to take over my computer. I had a few questions before hand and Jason responded to those quickly as well. He sent me a couple of text messages before our scheduled time and emailed me the instructions on how to let him take over. I was able to watch him manipulate my computer the whole time. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up extra "junk" that was on my computer, eliminating numerous viruses my computer had contracted and he installed free anti-virus programs for me. When he was finished, he asked that I take some time browsing the web while he watched to be sure that I was not experiencing any of the same problems. After that he called and went over everything he did, gave me some great suggestions and showed me the details of the anti-virus programs he installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely use his services again, but hope I don't have to!"
