They also have a background involving high-voltage, 3-phase power. We bid and sub-contract with other larger companies. Terms for bid contracts usually require a 30 - 50% down payment. Second payout is due upon completion of "rough-in," and final payout due upon completion. Any extras not included within the scope of original bid are billed as Time & Material (T & M). Other requested general repairs & service calls are billed as T & M. Upon approval, will do occasionally accept installment payments.
