It took four visits, each one several days apart, to have the problem repaired. The condensate pump on the A/C unit was bad, and that was replaced free of charge. But the problem turned out to be a clog in the line which was causing the condensate pump to be overworked. The drainage line had to be replaced, and this was also covered.
