Steve had many good ideas and stone selections to suggest for our project. He gave us reasonable estimates beforehand on costs and time, and sent us to a place for us to see the actual products to enable our decision-making. He never once tried to oversell. Steve and Shannon are a first class act. Accessible, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. There were no surprises. Shannon and Steve were always available for my questions!
