He surveyed my yard and found there was actually a lot more going on with it than we expected. The slope of the yard required a small, but very important retaining wall, but more importantly we discovered there were significant drainage issues. Matt was was very thorough and told me all of the pros and cons of the situation, what it would cost to fix the situation, and what we could expect if we did nothing. In the end, I requested we correct the situation. Matt's work is phenomenal. His attention to detail is impressive. At no time did he try to upcharge me or try to convince me to buy into stuff I didn't need. I trust Matt with my hard earned money and you should too"
