They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future. They even had pictures of what was done and showed us the beams they removed. "From the time if the initial estimate to the installation, everything went smoothly. I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.
