"We have used a good amount of companies before, and continued to get the same result; no communication, always above budget, and never within the time frame discussed. Trevor and his team were the exact opposite of this. We never had any issues with communication, price, or time. We also have three small children and our project was fairly large. "I contracted with Mount Valley Foundation to encapsulate my crawlspace. I worked with Trey to define the project work. He along Christian provided a competitive estimate and were available to answer my questions. The project included removal of all fiberglass insulation, fully encapsulating the space with top end vapor barriers, replacing the door, and installing a dehumidifier. The team worked for two days to complete all the work with the exception of wiring the dehumidifier which is being done by a third party. Cody led a team comprised of Cory, Zy, Billy and Lamont. They worked steadily and demonstrated they knew what they were doing. I was most impressed by their willingness to answer any questions. All of them were so polite. I would highly recommend Mountains Valley Foundation based in my experience."

"Joe said he would be out to see the work twice but was a "no show" both times and never called to explain why. He did give some reason to my husband but we told him all you had to do was call us. The third time he made the appt he was late by 30 mins and again never called us to let us know. I was on Angie's List booking someone else when the door bell rang and it was Joe. He never said why he was late (or apologized) but he did install the doors quickly and he did do an EXCELLENT job!!! He even gave us tips on the cleaner to use for the doors and the tile on the shower walls."
