I had several projects and took several quotes before making my final choice to go with GVA Renovations. Wonderful customer service, excellent work, made sure I was satisfied, fair price, accommodating to my schedule. One of the best experiences I have had having work done. I definitely recommend and my next project I will be calling GVA!

We bought our home 2yrs ago and have been burned by so many contractors. They’re doing 3 bathrooms for us and the first one exceeded our expectations. I have no doubt the other 2 will be even better. Andrei is knowledgeable and thorough which is exactly what we needed. We certainly recommend GVA.

GVA responded quickly to my request for help in fixing a ceiling crack. They were able to schedule an estimate and service quickly, with great communication and friendly service throughout. GVA also handled things wonderfully when the repair job turned out to be slightly more complicated than expected. The ceiling crack ended up being caused by an odd shortcut by the previous homeowner's contractor, where drywall had been glued rather than screwed to rafters despite a significant gap between the framing and the ceiling. Andrei and his team took the time to assess the situation carefully and come up with a more reasonable solution (using 2 x 4's to close the gap) rather than just duplicating the previous contractor's odd shortcut. Dealing with that issue did not add any real delay to the project's completion; despite initially expecting a quick job, GVA took the time to handle the situation that day. (Andrei was also able to match the paint on my ceiling by eyeballing it and using some paint they had on hand.) GVA was a great value and great experience, and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I was due to move into my condo in two weeks and wanted it painted before all of the furniture was moved in. Andrei was able to schedule the job quickly and the crew got it done in one day. I am so happy with the quality of the work. What a difference! I will definitely use GVA Renovations for future projects.

Andrei and his team were excellent in every sense of the word. I used GVA to paint my apartment, put up a shower kit, curtain rod and handicap bar. Andrei and his team were great to work with. They quoted accurately, scheduled in a timely manner and completed the work on time. We had a few minor changes that I guess can be expected as you get into the actual work, and they accommodated these without issue. Their team worked hard through out the entire build and the quality of the fence built was fantastic. We are happy we chose them.

The crew started work on the promised day and finished the project, on time. They reliably showed up at 8am and worked until 5pm or later each day.
