Licensed Building Contractor in State of NC which allows me to do both commercial and residential building/remodeling/repairs. Fully insured with over 33 years of experience in construction,repairs and remodeling. Lived on Outer Banks since 1983 and have completed over 375 projects from $300 repairs to 2 million dolllar+ custom homes, no job is too small. Just opened Paul Buske Construction, LLC in June of 2012 with the goal of taking on just enough work that I can easily manage, personal attention to every job every day, excel in customer service, and deliver an excellent product to my customer. 3rd generation builder with hands on experience completing projects doing all the work except installation of HVAC; this experience gives me an advantage in the business as I have the knowledge to know when things are done correctly. All of my subcontractors are hand picked and have worked with me for at least 10+ years including the previous much larger company I was half owner of that was closed last June. My goal is to deliver an excellent product to my customer on time and on budget, keep customer constantly informed of what is being worked on currently and what the schedule is for the next few days, keep the jobsite and home clean with all materials neatly stacked, and delived a product at a good value to my customer and guarentee their satisfaction. This is a family ran Tile and Marble business. I have been partners with my father-n-law Glenn for 14 yrs.He has been in this buisness for well over 40 years. We have coustom jobs ranging from The Hard rock cafe ,Sea world,Basketball star home , in FL. to the Grove Park Inn and the Bilmore estates the K marts and some walmarts and currently done the Holiday inn in bristal Tn.. The holidoam in Kansa.. and numerous residental home as well.There is many more over the years we could list.We are very pround of or work and have outstanding references...You wont be disapointed we promise that!!

Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. Start by removing any debris, nails, or staples left behind from the old carpet. Next, thoroughly vacuum the subfloor to eliminate dust, dirt, and loose particles. If adhesive residue remains, consider using an adhesive remover or scraper to lift it off gently. You can also use a sander. Finally, wipe down the subfloor using a damp rag to ensure all remaining dirt and residue is gone.
