"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. "I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete.
