We agreed on him stopping by after church to see my repair project. He was punctual, assessed my problem, provided a quote on the spot, and scheduled the completion of the job. They arrived on schedule, completed vinyl siding repairs quickly, cleaned up both work areas, and ended up measuring my windows for replacement. He took the time to listen to my preferences on window type, aesthetics, and grade/quality versus pushing a product on me (as others have tried to do). I even texted him a day later with additional questions. He once again quickly responded to my questions. Each time I have communicated with him, he seems eager to assist, concerned about my project and not just about making money.
