"Chris Miller and his company destroyed my new patio! The sealer the morons used was an incorrect sealer - which only trapped water/moisture between my paver stones and the sealer, They look wet - don't they?...but they're not! It took literally close to 2 weeks to completely dry out or evaporate, if it didn't rain. But after a fresh rain - back to what you see in the photos. My patio looked diseased! (see attached photos). Many months went by going back and forth with no one showing for scheduled appointments. When they finally did show - what was their answer? ...to add more of the incorrect sealer -- twice more! So now, the morons tried to use a paint stripper, to get off the three thick layers of the incorrect sealer. Power washing that off, damaged my home's vinyl siding and firepit cover -- when the bits of stripper that flew off -- landed on my siding and firepit cover -- leaving permanent marks on my siding and multiple chip marks on my firepit cover, where it ate away the paint. The morons were negligent and incompetent in not covering part of my siding in the area being worked on, with simple plastic sheeting, or for my firepit cover, with a tarp. You never speak to the same people at the office more than twice - and different workers show up every time....when they do show. This all due to a very high employee turnover rate, with these workers having little to no experience. The owner, Chris Miller, is another incompetent boob, not caring at all regarding fixing the problems, or the customer's needs. He's all about the money -- just wants to get paid for a failed job! I honestly don't know how this company stays in business. They have yet to fix these issues with my siding or firepit cover, many months later, both which need to be replaced. I had to hire another company to fix my patio paver problem, which THEY DID, the first time. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a lot of headaches -- hire someone else for your outdoor projects! "I had some wood trim (windows, etc) and a mailbox post that poor shape from weathering, needed repair/replacement and painting. Brinson came out for the estimate and we worked up the list of things to do quickly and talked about options. I neglected to show Brinson one of the windows that needed work (it hides behind a tree so Brinson missed it too) and the front door trim. Brinson also neglected to add the mailbox post to the estimate but I showed it to him and we discussed it. I sent him photos of the second window and door and he worked up a new estimate without a second visit. The work was scheduled quickly and Aaron came out to do the work. He did excellent work even though the weather didn't cooperate. It was planned for two days so he had to come back on Sunday to finish up. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work."

"We have used 3CS Carpentry for multiple projects, and thereâ s a reason why. Itâ s SO hard to find reliable contractors that not only show up to do the work, but the quality of work that we wanted. Carlos and his team are so thorough and meticulous with everything they do and very respectful. We used them for our tiny house and they remodeled and extended our bathroom, made a kitchenette, bench, ladder with storage to our little bedroom loft and painted everything, plus so much more. Other times in our main home theyâ ve installed crown molding for us, base boards, constructed our laundry room and pantry and much more. I would 100% recommend them for anything.
