"Daniel the owner came out and gave us the estimate. Very knowledgeable, it was the highest bid but we thought with his experience it would be done right. He started and finished on time. He said he would be here everyday overseeing his crew, which was not the case. He always was in a hurry and said he was working on a big job he was trying to finish up. That?s not my problem. One day only one person showed up & there was a language barrier. The 1st day they came to tape etc. before the painting portion. I had written down what i wanted rehung and what holes needed to be covered, as we walked around for me to show him he said that was not necessary his crew would mark everything. Well that did not happen and many mistakes were made. The assembly of cabinets mirrors lights and fan went well. A quick walkthrough was done at end. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt but have not received, have realized since some areas weren?t painted and they broke my blinds. He has not responded."

They did an unbelievable job. They were always on time. Completed the job within time given at the estimate. I would highly recommend. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
