"Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."

"I previously used Pampered Pools several years ago for pool maintenance and cleaning. "One of our better contractor experiences. Mike truly could not have been better to work with. I checked 5 of his references beforehand and worried that they had all been bribed to give such glowing reviews but they were right! He showed up for every appointment right on time, was extremely informative and patient bringing samples and explaining options. This is the first construction project (of many) where we left town for the duration of the job; no regrets. Mike sent pictures throughout the process and called regularly with progress reports. Unfortunately, there was one critical oversight during the construction which, when discussed with Mike, he acknowledged was his misunderstanding and proceeded to spend a substantial amount of time, energy, and labor to make it right, never a grumble. The results were as good as we had hoped, perhaps better. Can't recommend Mike enough."

"I hired audio advice in 2/2024. I paid over 30K for a job to connect existing home theater, existing speakers and internet network. Price is outrageous especially at that price point when you ask them to make the job right, they come back and ask for more money. I wished I have done my homework and hired another reasonable company that stands behind their work. I would never hire them again for the price mark and quality of work done."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
