"Amazing service, on time and very respectful. He assembled a trampoline in no time. My husband would have taken several days and been extremely frustrated. He cleaned up and just left everything perfect. My granddaughter is one happy 6 year old. I will definitely be utilizing his services again."

"I highly recommend Jermiah McArver, owner and operator of Precision Property Solutions for any handyman type projects. Before the work started, I found Jeremiah easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. He texted when he was on his way and arrived on time. I had ordered patio furniture on-line, but some parts were mislabelled and some of the holes did not match up. Jeremiah was able to solve these issues and my chairs are solid, but I would not have been able to do it myself (nor my husband). He also caulked my kitchen counters which now look new and clean. It was a pleasure having Jeremiah helping us, and we are already planning two new projects for him to do for us!"
