"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

All the Contractors were so professional and although, we didn't reside here during the remodel, I came over everyday and brought our dog, Maxine, to stay here while I had appointments and ran errands. You realize you are working with great folks when they love on your dog! She loved all the guys and all the belly rubs! I especially appreciated Kenny and Larry for their overall expertise on all the areas of our remodel. They both educated and reassured me throughout the process. They were a joy to have around. The Painters led by Carlos were so great to work with, the Electrician, Jonathan Medlin, was awesome and helped me pick out a suitable exterior ceiling fan for our front porch, Jody, the Tile Guy was always concerned that I would like the grout color and even held up a day so I could come by and check it out. The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."
