"Our experience with Falcone has been FANTASTIC!!!! The office team were great, Nicole, Esmeralda, Sherry and Melissa were the nicest and friendliest people always keeping me informed on all the comings and goings through the entire process and gave me the comfort that they would take care of everything even when things started going downhill because of other rotten wood issues we have (nothing to do with their work). Fred and Ed were wonderful with giving us estimates and explaining what would be going on from the beginning of the process. The first crews, Tommy and Romulus were great installing the piers that support the house to fix the sinking foundation and they save my plants to boot. The second team that came to repair the rotten wood were fantastic; Romulus (again, yea!), John, Josh and, Antonio have worked on the rotten wood at the front of the house and the back. During all this they found other issues we did not know about that was caused by the water leaks. They worked with the office and senior members (Phil and Mat) to access the damage, get it appraised and gave the best, safest and most affordable suggestions possible which gave me a great comfort level it would be taken care of. If not for the entire team a Falcone our issues would have been so overwhelming I’m not sure I could have handled it but they were there to help with recommendations and they have done GREAT work!!! They kept the place as clean as possible during all the renovations, inside and out. I highly, highly recommend anyone using this team/company to do anything they advertise they do. You will have the best work done, the nicest people doing the work and a comfort level in the end all the work is done safely and competently."

"Great! Ken Starr, our Project Leader, was wonderful to work with and kept us in the loop. All the Contractors were so professional and although, we didn't reside here during the remodel, I came over everyday and brought our dog, Maxine, to stay here while I had appointments and ran errands. You realize you are working with great folks when they love on your dog! She loved all the guys and all the belly rubs! I especially appreciated Kenny and Larry for their overall expertise on all the areas of our remodel. They both educated and reassured me throughout the process. They were a joy to have around. Anytime I had a question, they were here to answer all my concerns. The Painters led by Carlos were so great to work with, the Electrician, Jonathan Medlin, was awesome and helped me pick out a suitable exterior ceiling fan for our front porch, Jody, the Tile Guy was always concerned that I would like the grout color and even held up a day so I could come by and check it out. We now have a totally remodeled home much more functional than I would have ever imagined! Thank you all, Sandra C."

"crawlspace needed structural repairs to my wood framing and piers, an internal french drainage system to stop water intrusion, as well as installation of a 10mil floor liner to help keep moisture levels down. FD was EXTREMELY professional from my initial call and on-site appointment, to the guys doing the installation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. "EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

Price was just over half as much. Since problem was with an out-building (not primary residence,) I felt comfortable with the lower bid, even with lesser warranty."
