"I liked the roofer?s professionalism and the quality of his work. He came and fixed the problem even though we never told him exactly what we needed. He knew about the problem based on his assessment of the roof. He knew what needed to be done and didn?t try to replace the whole roof. His service guy didn?t necessarily see what the issue was and ultimately the owner of the company came out about 30 minutes later.
