"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

They not only removed the rugs, but cleaned under the beds as well, at no extra charge. When they returned the clean rugs, which looked like new, they reinstalled them under the beds, again gratis.
