"On almost every occasion in which I have had to hire a Contractor, we have run into one issue or another, from small things, to large problems. Matt & Steve were the most professional team we have ever dealt with. If they were running behind, they called us to let us know. They draped the floor of our home with drop cloths and kept any dirt and dust to a minimum. At the end of each day, they swept and vacuumed the area they were working in and cleaned the outside work area. The placement of the window was harrowing, however, they handled it like the pros they are. The window quality itself turned out to be a much more exceptional value and quality than we anticipated. "Initial consultation and estimate was great. I had windows installed at a good price, no surprises. Service was okay, I would like to have had work completed a little faster. Quality was less than what I expected. One window protruded into the house and displaced the molding around it and it wasn't caulked. These issues were addressed in a timely fashion, but I am finding a few small things here and there that were missed. I have a couple of screens that won't stay up and some others with gaps, and it's only been 1 week. Hugh and the crew were very nice. My windows look great, but I am kinda wishing I would've chosen another route."
