We inspect your home, evaluate the problem, and determine the best solution for you. We explain what is wrong and the different options for repair. We specialize in structural repair. This means we work from the foundation up through the house to the roof, including the chimney to determine the extent of the damage and the potential impact that may occur in the future. All of our contracts are “Guaranteed Maximum Price” to accomplish the work specified. This means that if additional repairs are necessary, it is covered under the contract. You are relying on us to know our job, so you should not be penalized.
