The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."
