"Home Genius just completed a new roof installation and this was phase 2 of t he project. The gutters look amazing and Pablo Larius (prj Mgr) was very attentive and on site to answer any questions we may have. They were able to complete the removal and installation in one day. "The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"From beginning to end all went great. Mr. Logue and the entire crew were very professional and took the time it takes to do the job right. Earlier in the year we made a very bad choice in who to hire for our new Decra roof, and all was wrong with it. But NOW, thanks to David Logue and his team our Decra roof looks great and is working just like it should be. The job took approx. 2 weeks, as they had so much more work, due to the false installation from the first installer. Wonderful clean up, follow up, communication between Metal Works and the home owner. All paperwork in order, Donna from the office doesn't forget anything :-). Wonderful, caring people, that will keep their word and promises, there for you, EVEN AFTER THE SALE. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we certainly needed that, after somebody else done us so wrong. Good luck to all of you and until we meet again.
