"Paid $500 deposit in August 2022 for a replacement bay window. Was told installation would be in October. October came and went with no window. I kept calling and getting "it's in production." By the first week in January 2023 I'd had it and sent a letter to the company on Jan 10 requesting a refund. Was notified on January 12 that window was ready. I spoke to Bob and told him I no longer had any faith in his company and wanted a refund. He initially agreed to give me a partial refund (less a restocking fee), but later reneged saying he couldn't get a credit from the window manufacturer. Terrible company. Buyer beware."

He replaced the outside pane of glass on the stationary side of my sliding glass door. He even went so far as to clean the outside glass that was not broken because it was dirty compared to the new pane! He left the work area impeccably clean. He was extremely punctual, polite and very neat in appearance. I can't say enough praises! I will definitely hire again!"
