"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."
